Serving Guide

​Step 1: Place a cutting board next to the side of your cake and slice off a 1-inch wide piece.

Step 2: Lay the slice flat on your board and cut it into smaller portions, each measuring 1

inch by 2 inches (see cutting map below)

Step 3: Repeat the process for the rest of the cake, ensuring each portion is evenly sized. Remember to wipe knife clean after ever slice.

Step 4: For extra-tall cakes, you can slice through the middle of the cake to create smaller, more manageable portions.
